making Oobleck

Oobleck is a strange substance. when you touch it, it feels dry and hard, like a solid. When you stop touching it, it spreads out slowly, like a liquid!

Here's how to make it:

Put 2 tablespoons of cornflour in a bowl. Add a tablespoon of water to the cornflour, stirring it well. Keep adding a few drops of water at a time until the mixture is thick an creamy. Pick up the oobleck and roll it between your fingers. What do you notice? Stop rolling it. What happens?
